We needed to book a hotel for one night in Rome at very short notice and found this hotel. Elisa was super pleasant over the phone and the extreme customer orientation and friendliness continued when we arrived. Even though they had only one room available that isn’t usually intended for a family of five, Elisa set it up for us to make us as comfortable as possible. The room was spotless and pleasant.

The hotel is located in Trastevere which is great for touring Rome by foot as well as a lively night life. But what made this really remarkable was the hospitality and assistance we received from Elisa, who waited for us for our late arrival at almost midnight, and walked down to the street to help us verify that we were parking legally.

She offered to hold our bags for us after we checked out while we were touring Rome, and returned early from her lunch break to be available when we needed to pick them up, she recommended lovely restaurants and overall when out of her way to make our stay successful. Thank you, Elisa!
